Meet Roni

Roni is the founder and lead instructor at Safta. Her teaching emphasizes presence over performance, meeting students exactly where they are. When she's not on the mat, she's probably dreaming up the next workshop or community gathering.

The Space

Safta lives inside 3580 IQL, a repurposed church in East Falls that's now home to a collective of wellness practitioners, healers, and makers. Sunlit windows, warm wood, and a community that extends beyond the mat.
